Provides information about the responsibilities of the Evangelism ministry.
Projects
The Evangelism ministry provided or assisted with the following projects:
- P.I.E. (Persons Involved in Evangelism)—this group meets monthly to help find ways to make our church more visible in our community and eat pie.
- Ministry Fair—each ministry provided information about the various ministries and answered questions.
- Visitor calls and bread delivery.
- Hosted the Father-Son Banquet.
- Bring-A-Friend to church Sunday
- Sponsored a float for the 4th of July parade.
- Thanks for Popping In visistor program.
- Sponsored a Christmas tree in the Festival of Trees through the Waukee Public Library.
- Changing the message on the outdoor sign.
Responsibilities
This ministry is responsbile for:
- Identifying and attracting prospective members.
- Enabling the congregation to shair their faith.
- Nuture visitors.
- Educate new members.
- Assimilate new members into the life of the congregation.
