Our Strategy
In order to fulfill our mission of outreach and dedication to heart, soul, and mind to God, it is necessary that we focus on moderate, sustainable membership growth with equal emphasis placed on the nurture and development of our congregation.
Spiritual Development
Our church will be staffed with a senior pastor and an associate pastor, each endowed with gifts complimentary to one another which enable well rounded pastoral care to our congregation. We strive to provide worship services which are uplifting and enlightening. We will continually seek opportunities for fellowship which strengthen relationships within our diverse congregation, and glorify God.
Growth
We strive for growth among both the unchurched and those seeking a new church family—particularly families and individuals that are new to the community. We will never actively seek the membership of Christians who are dedicated to another church or denomination within the community.
Outreach
Our reason for existence as a church is to glorify God and reach out to others, both locally and globally, spreading the word of God and sharing our love with those in need, as taught and commanded by our savior, Jesus Christ.
Youth
We will utilize volunteer lay leaders to administer vibrant youth programming with education, direction, and support of those lay leaders provided by the associate pastor.

In order to carry out the strategy in pursuit of our church mission and eventual realization of our vision, it is necessary for staff, lay leaders, ministries, and committees to focus on the following critical success factors:
